| We've fine tuned an old favorite pattern of ours and are offering the kits in two new color combinations. "Bridgette's Choice", a Baku black body, with Perestroika pink, white and Baltic blue trim and "Peter's Choice", a grass roots body with Samantha Katya pink, Baltic blue and negotiation grey trim. This vest is knit in stockinette stitch for the main body, complimented with three colors for the "steppes." The carrying of the yarn is not very difficult, and looks terrific outlining the neck and arms. Length of this vest is cropped, but may be lengthened to your taste. | This is one of those patterns that really is true to its word. Very easy and stess-free a great beginner "recipe." And, if made from one of our tweed colors, it won't even show the dirt! Stockinette stitch for the body, and a garter stitch trim to outline the shape. Shown here (on Peter) in Siberian Midnight worsted weight yarn.
