This is definitely for low stress knitting. Comfortable and easy to make. You can whip this up in no time. I knit one for my nephew Jack in shaba green, and he looked positively dapper with his brown eyes and brown hair. If knit with one of the tweed colors it won't even show the dirt!
Stockinette stitch for the body, and a garter stitch trim to outline the shape. This pattern was designed to fall at the waistline, but can be lengthened to your taste.
Add one skein to your project , and increase the length between the bottom ribbing and the armhole. Recommended needle sizes; #6, and #8
